Having completed the renovations, Ecrudo opens its doors to the public for the evening service.
A new space in Milanese restaurants designed by the well-known architect and designer Alessandro Agrati to offer the authentic Italian experience at the table. A cuisine linked to the tradition and the territories that compose Italy through a path of discovery of unconventional raw materials.
Ecrudo was born in Milan from a thought as simple as it is true: "The first step towards feeling good is the choice of what to eat".
